Hello again! Here is another reading for this moon — slow again but trusting as this took us some time to feel into.
The energy of this time is very full-on, as we see a lot of Yang energy in the lines. Fire and metal elements of heaven. A soft interior is the key to yin energy, and there is curiosity — what might this produce? Things around may feel vigorous, inflexible, demanding — they are here reminding us that we desire a better world and way of living, and that there is indeed the strength to take action towards that.
You may be obsessing about the clock, counting your savings, and worried if someone is giving you enough affection. It turns out you don’t actually care about those things. What you really care for, and where these desires come from, is your wish to melt the clock and be fully present with the things and people you love.

Fili’s Notes
- This hexagram centres around possessing and having. What do we really have?
- What we think we ‘have’ is actually cycles of experience bigger than us. Cosmic and worldly sources. We control so little — born into the natural forces of this world. Even what we think and see often comes from millennia old human patterns that are not really ‘us’.
- We believe we can ‘have’ a friend or partner, but we don’t control of attraction, love or fate. All we have is courage to love with an open hand, sourced from inner well-being.
- All lines are yang, except the ‘sovereign’ 5th yin line. You may feel lacking in time, affection, material means. Yet everything is already here you if you are ready to notice it.
- You may be holding on to identities and outcomes. If you are fixated, just let go. Let measurements melt away. Notice what is flowing in and out of your life and you’ll see your desires growing from seeds that are already with you.
- Many of us enjoy feeling stable, like we know ourselves, like we do a great job, and get to be our own boss. Yet this time will challenge any clinging to this. You will feel even stronger when you are present with your life.
- Strength comes from unknowns — travelling in another country or meeting someone new. Everything comfortable melts, and all you have is a shimmer, a flutter in your belly, as your senses attune themselves to your environment.
- This is what it means to ‘have something.’ You do have this time to soften and grow. You are being invited to live — fully present, open, and transforming.

Fili’s Notes
- This is the very first hexagram of the I Ching. All lines are yang, reflecting primordial and cosmic yang energy.
- The symbol of this character shows the sun rising and casting light over the green grass, with steam and dew rising out of the earth. Older forms of the character depicts a sacred chariot with wheels. This depicts the invigorating star energy of heaven, and the sun which feeds the earths climate and weather systems.
- The wheel of heaven keeps turning never stopping. This hexagram reminds us that there is always energy around us to invigorate, heal and support us. This is in fact a principle we can access within our earthly lives.
Light of heaven, and the conduit of that light, light of sky and stars.
What is taut and clear shines the light like a mirror
Like the vibration of a string or the extension of the spine
Boundaries and strength of devotion to the vast
Upwards rising qi energy- like an umbrella around the crown
Light filling all pathways and pores of the body
Shaking, vitalizing and clearing all blockages
Then abiding in stillness
True Qian is stillness because it is eternal
The cyclic spin of the dipper
It has nothing to prove.

- Perhaps rather than getting something, you are really longing to melt the clock and stop worrying so much. Power comes from exchange with greater forces.
- Dropping boundaries allows you to face your fears. Embrace the growth that comes from this.
- Watch life transform as it becomes more than a matter who you are, or what others get — but rather the ways that you are present-with.
Conclusion
This reading shows some back and forth between your concern with having things, and already having so much. It’s a time where you can release assumptions and sit on the wavering edge receiving new experiences.
